Thank you for your purchase from salty waters. We handle all deliveries personally to ensure your new artwork arrives safely.

• Delivery Area: We provide personal delivery to addresses within beer sheva and haifa. If you are outside this area, please contact us before placing your order to discuss a custom delivery solution.

• Delivery Timeframe: We will deliver your artwork within 1-10 business days from the time your order is placed. Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you via phone or email to schedule a specific delivery time that is convenient for you.

• At the time of delivery, you are required to inspect the artwork with our team. Any damage or issues must be noted on the delivery receipt and brought to our attention immediately. By signing the receipt, you confirm that the artwork was delivered in good condition.

• If you are not available at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

• A second delivery attempt may incur an additional fee.
