Welcome to salty waters! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our artwork. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Services

All products listed on our website are original works of art. We make every effort to display the colors and details of our art accurately; however, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting, the actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. The dimensions of each piece are provided for your reference.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in nis. (new israeli shekel) and are subject to change without notice.  All prices include VAT. We accept the following forms of payment:  Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer. Full payment is required before an order is processed for delivery.

3. Order and Cancellation

Your order is considered an offer to purchase the artwork. We reserve the right to accept or decline this offer at our discretion.

You may cancel your order for a full refund if you do so within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations cannot be processed, as our team begins preparing the artwork for delivery.

4. Delivery and Inspection

All deliveries are handled personally by our team. You must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the artwork.

By signing the delivery receipt, you are confirming that the artwork was delivered to you in good condition, free from any damage. Please keep in mind that the products are hand made. Marks and splatters are part of the beauty and authenticity of the art piece. Any issues must be noted on the delivery receipt and brought to the attention of our team at the time of delivery. We will not be able to process a claim for damage after you have signed the delivery receipt and our team has departed.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature and significant size of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

A refund will only be issued if the art piece is found to be damaged upon inspection at the time of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Artwork: The artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in the artwork, including the right to reproduce, display, and create derivative works. When you purchase an art piece, you are buying the physical object itself, but the copyright remains with the artist.

Prohibition on Reproduction and Resale of Copies: The sale of the artwork does not transfer the right to create, reproduce, or sell copies of the artwork in any form, including prints, digital files, or other reproductions. Any unauthorized copying or commercial use of the artwork is a violation of copyright law and is strictly prohibited.

Website Content: All content on our website, including images of the artwork, text, logos, and website design, is the intellectual property of salty waters and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

salty waters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our artwork. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific artwork in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of israel.
