Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of our large art pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind after delivery.

A full refund will only be issued if the art piece arrives damaged or defective.

You must inspect the artwork with our team at the time of delivery.

Any issues must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations cannot be processed.

All custom commissions are final sale.
